1. Mingfa Tech initially communicates with customers and obtains specific heat dissipation requirements from customers, including drawings, parameters, quantities, materials, delivery dates, conditions, etc.
2. Mingfa Tech evaluates drawings and related parameters and provides customers with suggestions for modification of the radiator structure when necessary.
3. Within 1-3 working days after confirming the design of the radiator, Mingfa Tech will provide customers with the quotation for the customized heat dissipation product.
4. If it is a modified version of Mingfa's standard cooling products, the quotation is generally provided within 1 working day.
5. The process of mold opening and sample submission generally takes 18-25 working days, and the model will be completed within 1-3 working days after the mold is completed.
6. After the sample is confirmed, it can be mass-produced, and the batch production time is between 7-25 working days according to different quantities.

How to offer quality assurance for the customized LED heat sinks

1. In the initial communication phase, if there is a production problem in the radiator design, Mingfa will optimize it in advance to ensure that there is no problem in future production.
2. If the customer's design is not conducive to reducing costs, Mingfa will help improve the structure of the heated ink and optimize it to reduce weight.
3. In order to improve the accuracy of the product and ensure the production capacity, Mingfa will use WEDM-LS to manufacture tools that meet the specifications of the custom cooler.
4. Mingfa Tech will carefully check the size, tolerance, surface treatment, heat dissipation efficiency of the customized LED cooler sample before submitting it to the customer; 5. The LED radiator sample inspection report is submitted to the customer for review before mass production.
6. Mingfa Tech will strictly control each process of mass production of the radiator according to the samples confirmed by the customer.
